Chicken-Ham Casserole

A quick and easy casserole that is sure to please. This is a great casserole to fix when you have leftover ham. It freezes well for later use, or the recipe can be doubled to serve more if you have a particularly big and hungry crowd!


4 cups cubed, cooked chicken
4 cups cubed, cooked ham
1 quart thick homemade white sauces
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 1/4 lb. frozen peas
1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained


  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well
  2. Spoon into two 9x13-inch baking dishes
  3. Cover, and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
