#15-The Case of the Missing Cat

Hank makes a foolish bet with his arch-enemy, Pete the Barncat, that he can catch the Lumberpile Bunny.

He loses the wager and with it go his job, his pride, and even his gunny sack bed under the gas tanks. Suffering a "nervous breakthrough," Hank begins plotting revenge.

He must dispose of the cat.

That sounds simple enough. But without Pete, Hank makes a sudden discovery. Scrap time has lost all its joy and meaning because there is no cat to fight with.

The cassette tape has two great songs: "I must Dispose of the Cat" and "Prairie Vespers."

#16-The Case of the Blinded Blizzard

A terrible winter storm has struck the Texas Panhandle. Down at Slim's place, Hank and Drover listen to the wind howling outside and watch the snow piling up outside the window.

Then the phone rings. It is High Loper telling Slim that baby Molly has a bad cough and needs some medicine.

Can Hank go out into the blizzard and make it all the way to Headquarters with the cough medicine? Or will he be captured by Rip and Snort?

The cassette tape version has two great new songs. Rip and Snort singing "We Don't Give a Hoot" and Hank doing a touching ballad called "Oh Flee, My Love."
